Ordering online is only available to customer who are able to click and collect or live in the City of Karratha area (Karratha/Dampier/Wickam/Roebourne/Point Samson) Western Australia for delivery. We do not offer postage sorry.
Simply select your products and the quantities for your cart.
If you would like to click and collect simply proceed to check out and select your collection date. This date must be within 14 days of the order being placed.
If you would like your items delivered simply select a delivery option suitable for your items and select a what date for delivery. This date must be within 14 days of the order being placed. Please see the Delivery below for more information.
All prices are in AUD and we are an Australia company located in Karratha Western Australia 6714.
Delivery
Delivery is currently only available to the City of Karratha area (Karratha/Dampier/Wickam/Roebourne/Point Samson) Western Australia for delivery. We do not offer postage sorry.
When selecting your delivery option please select one suitable for your items. Regular delivery is suitable for most items and only one (1) is required per order per address/drop off point. You may select what day your would like your items delivered at check out. This must be with in 14 days of the order being placed.
Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 9 am that day.
If your are ordering perishables (live products/frozen/refrigerated) please ensure someone will be home to receive them. If no one is available they will be returned to the store for collection or another delivery fee will be required for another day.
Delivery for items that require use of a truck such as loose bulk soils and mulches will require a bulk item delivery fee. Maximum per delivery is 4m3. For larger orders please add appropriate quantities of deliveries to your cart. If your unsure please call 91444029 and we can assist you. This delivery fee is sufficient for orders with regular items as well.
We currently do not offer delivery to other towns in the Pilbara but please keep an eye out for when we do!
Cancellation
As stock with be put aside for orders placed cancellation of order for click and collect or delivery with need to be within 24 hours of payment. No cancellation will be available once items have been collected or on board for delivery.
